Shipping policy

Unless stated otherwise, all items in the shop are made to order. Please allow a 3 week processing time. Additionally, shipping within the United States is normally estimated to take 3-5 business days. I also ship internationally. Tracking information will be emailed once your shipping label has been created.

Keep in mind that after an order is shipped and tracking is sent, it is out of my hands, and I will only know as much as you do about an order's whereabouts. In the event that a package is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, please wait at least 2 business days for it to turn up before contacting me. It is common for packages to be marked as delivered prematurely, and may arrive the following day. If a package is lost, it is the receiver's responsibility to contact their local USPS post office. That being said, please do contact me if your package is missing and I may still be able to accommodate you.
