Refund policy

I will do my best to make sure products are shipped securely, however, accidents do happen on every end. I will issue partial refunds on a case to case basis, and I'd be happy to replace any damaged items free of charge. Order cancellations are not allowed, all sales are final. 

If a package is missing, meaning that it was not received though marked as delivered, I will not know about it until I am notified by the customer. If this happens, please let me know after 2 business days.

Please include your name, order number, and attach a photo if your item becomes damaged in any way either upon or after its arrival. Please refrain from addressing order concerns via DM or social media, as I may not see it in a timely manner.
